Everyone attending the congress must register and pay the registration fee. This rule does not apply to invited speakers, as registration fee is waived for them.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to oman@adidweek.com Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 100 USD of the congress fee. Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
