All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and is subject for approval as per the terms and conditions outline by our official policy. To read the fine print, please read the terms and conditions. All cancellation and refund requests should be sent to info@int-gastro.com Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will received a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of USD 100 of the congress fee. Cancellations made after 30 days, as well as 'no shows', are no eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
