About Genomics Data Analysis Hands-on Workshop

Genomics Data Analysis Hands-on Workshop encompass a comprehensive understanding of the analysis of genomic data, with a specific focus on Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)-based technologies and array Comparative Genomic Hybridization (array-CGH) data analysis. Participants of the workshop will gain a deep insight into the fundamental principles and concepts of genomics data analysis, enabling them to effectively analyze and interpret high-throughput sequencing data generated through NGS platforms. The workshop aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to handle various stages of NGS data analysis, including quality control, alignment, variant calling, annotation, and downstream analysis. Additionally, participants will explore the intricacies of array-CGH data analysis, enabling them to confidently interpret and extract meaningful information from genomic copy number variation data. By the end of the workshop, participants will be proficient in utilizing cutting-edge bioinformatics tools and techniques, empowering them to contribute to advancements in genomics research and applications.
