Cancellation and Refund PolicyWe ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process. 

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to aya.maarefah-management.org

Cancellations received 30 days before the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 30% of the conference fees.

Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
