REGISTRATION FOR THE CONGRESS
Excluding invited speakers and moderators, everyone attending the Congress must register and pay the registration fee.

*Above rates are subject to 5% value added tax
* Hotel Accommodation, Visa, Transport is not included to this fee.
Early Bird offer is for the first 20 registrants only and is valid until 21 March 2025.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process.
- Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to vasana@maarefah-management.org
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 100 USD of the congress fee.
- Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
