General Abstract Guidelines

Word Limit
The maximum word limit of the abstracts would be 250 words.

Language
All abstracts should be submitted in English language.

Structure
The abstract should be structured and consist of the following four sections: purpose, methods, results and conclusions.

Authors
The presenting author must be registered and should physically attend the conference. It is the authors responsibility to clearly indicate the presenting and senior/corresponding author. There should be a maximum of 10 authors, and a single primary affiliation should be mentioned for each author.

If due to any circumstances, the presenting author is not able to physically attend and/or present the paper, a co-author must be given the responsibility latest by April 25, 2024 and written communication should be sent to yelena.l@maarefah-management.org

GENERAL RULES
All Abstracts will be considered As Posters or Oral Presentations.

The decision of the abstract acceptance and the type (Poster/Oral Presentation) will be by the scientific committee and will be final and binding. If the abstracts do not conform to the guidelines, it may be rejected without review by scientific committee.

Studies that are already published will not be considered for presentation.

Certificates of presentation will be provided to the presenting author only.

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION
Deadline of submission of abstracts is on 05 April 2024.

POSTER DIMENTIONS

• Poster board will be oriented in in portrait format.
• Poster size should measure 118.9 cm high by 84.1 cm wide (A0). (the size can be slight vary from the mentioned up to 200/90 cm)
• For your poster, a board and double tape will be provided. Time will be allowed for each presentation to be mounted before the start of the poster session. Posters should remain on the board throughout the duration of the conference. You are required to be present at the poster board during the poster sessions.
• The title of your poster should appear at the top in large letters using a font size of 60 point or larger. Below the title you may wish to put the author(s)' name(s) and affiliation(s).
• The smallest text on your poster should be at least 18 point.
