REGISTRATION FOR THE conference
- Everyone attending the congress must register and pay the registration fee.
- This rule does not apply to invited speakers, as registration fee is waived for them.
- Above rates are subject to 5% value added tax

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel or refund their registration fees are well aware of the process.
- Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to ann@maarefah-management.org
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 100 USD of the congress fee.
- Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
