An E-Poster is an electronic version of the traditional boards; your E-poster will be accessible on a plasma TV, where delegates can access your presentation.

Guide for preparing your e-posters:

1.               Please use a slide size widescreen ratio of 1920x1080px (horizontally wide)

2.               The e-poster should be one slide only

3.               Use good readable fonts.

4.               The font should be no smaller than 18 points.

5.               Pictures and graphics should be clearly described and marked.

6.               Pictures and graphics should be of good quality

7.               Remember that simpler posters are always more attractive and easier to read.

8.               Please use event logo when creating your slide:

Your e-poster needs to be uploaded online on the following website (same as the abstract submission site):

The e-poster must be converted into a PDF and then uploaded. You could directly export from PowerPoint to PDF format. Or, you may find a website for converting to jpg (from pdf): https://www.ilovepdf.com/

The e-posters will be open for submission from 25 August 2023. The deadline for submitting the E-poster is 20 September 2023.
