General Abstract Guidelines

Word Limit
The maximum word limit of the abstracts would be 250 words.

Language
All abstracts should be submitted in English language. 

Structure 
The abstract should be structured and consist of the following four sections: purpose, methods, results and conclusions.

Authors
The presenting author must be registered and should physically attend the conference. It is the authors responsibility to clearly indicate the presenting and senior/corresponding author. There should be a maximum of 10 authors, and a single primary affiliation should be mentioned for each author.

If due to any circumstances, the presenting author is not able to physically attend and/or present the paper, a co-author must be given the responsibility latest by October 10, 2024 and written communication should be sent to yelena.l@maarefah-management.org

GENERAL RULES
All Abstracts will be considered As Posters Presentations only.
The decision of the abstract acceptance will be by the scientific committee and will be final and binding. If the abstracts do not conform to the guidelines, they may be rejected without review by scientific committee. 

Studies that are already published will not be considered for presentation. 

The authors may be given a choice to convert oral presentations to posters or vice versa at the time of abstract acceptance. Thereafter, no changes would be possible. 

Certificates of presentation will be provided to the presenting author only.

Deadline of submission of abstracts is on 23 November 2024.
