Everyone attending the conference must register and pay the registration fees. This rule does not apply to invited speakers as registration fee is waived for them. Please find below registration fees of the conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process.

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to info@mehcrs.com
Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 100 USD of the congress fee.
Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
