DELEGATE REGISTRATION
Everyone attending the congress must register and pay the registration fees.
This rule does not apply to invited speakers, as registration fee is waived for them.

*Rate for Pharmacists and Physicians can be claimed for those who are working in non-commercial roles

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process. 

  • Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to zen.z@maarefah-management.org
  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 100 USD of the congress fee.
  • Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
