Everyone attending the conference must register and pay the registration fees. This rule does not apply to invited speakers as registration fee is waived for them. Please find below registration fees of the conference.




HOSPITAL AND COMMUNITY PHARMACISTS

This registration is for Physicians, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals who are interested to attend the 2-day conference. This will allow them to have full access to the conference meeting hall and exhibition area.

PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES & VENDORS

This registration is for professionals who are not employed to any hospital and are interested to attend the 2-day conference. This will allow them to have full access to the conference meeting hall and exhibition area.

$1,500.00

*Rate for Pharmacists and Physicians can be claimed for those who are working in non-commercial roles



Cancellation and Refund Policy

We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process. 

  • Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to sahara@mehcrs.com
  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 100 USD of the congress fee.
  • Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
