ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES

Please familiarize yourself with the submission guidelines before presenting an abstract:

• Only abstracts submitted through the online submission form will be reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee.
•  All abstracts must be written and presented in clear English.
• Authors presenting the abstract must be registered and have paid the participation fees.
• The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are informed about the abstract's content before conference submission.
• Abstracts need to be submitted by the specified deadline; late submissions will not be accepted.
• The Review Committee reserves the right to decide the final form of presentation (Oral or Poster).
