REGISTRATION FOR THE CONGRESS
Everyone attending the congress must register and pay the registration fee, This rule does not apply to invited speakers, as registration fee is waived for them.
*Registration fees are subject to 15% VAT (value added tax)
**Early bird rate is valid until 30th September 2023

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process.
- Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to em.team@eliteway-sa.com
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 150 SAR of the congress fee.
- Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.
