REGISTRATION FOR THE CONGRESS

Everyone attending the congress must register and pay the registration fee, This rule does not apply to invited speakers, as registration fee is waived for them.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process. 

  • Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to em.team@eliteway-sa.com
  • Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 100 SAR of the conference fees.
  • Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date.

*As per Conference Committee Guidance, The Registration fees for Students, Interns, Residents and Fellow includes access to Conference program and Coffee Breaks Only.
